Personal data is collected solely and exclusively through the form published in the corresponding section of the website and through emails that customers may send to SUC MAGASAND, S.L. when requesting our services.

SUC MAGASAND, S.L. will keep your info for as long as we work together and after that to follow the law. Likewise, the data of former customers and customers or users will be kept for promotional purposes for a period of 5 years, and will not be kept for longer than is necessary for the purposes indicated above, without prejudice to the storage that may be necessary for the formulation, exercise, or defense of potential claims and/or whenever permitted or required by applicable law. Data for the management of queries and requests will be kept for the time necessary to respond to them and for a maximum period of 5 years.
CV data for selection processes will be kept during the selection process and for up to two years after its completion, unless expressly requested otherwise by the applicant.
